Library cum Reading Room

  • RCIS has a modern and impressive Library of 2500 sq ft, built to accommodate up to hundred students at a time. The library is well stocked to stimulate reading habit in children, with an extensive collection of books, reference books, encyclopedias, dailies, magazines and journals which will feed the students’ minds and provide valuable research material for class projects. The librarian and the teachers supervise the students’ use of the library.
  • The library also has access to electronic media, with internet connections for online browsing, for knowledge and reference. An Audio-Visual section, CDs and multimedia facilities add a new dimension to learning.

Laboratories

The school has a multi-purpose laboratory to meet CBSE requirements, to cover general science including physics, chemistry and biology up to secondary level. High quality specialised labs for physics, chemistry and biology for the Plus II classes have been set up. Students learn the practical aspects of these subjects through exploration, experimentation, in a conducive atmosphere where high standards of safety are maintained.

Educamp Smart classes -a curriculum specific interactive classroom software has been successfully implemented resulting in better understanding. Smart Boards have changed the way children learn abstract concepts.

A unique student ID enables the parent and student to have access to the student’s School Attendance, Yearly Academic Plan, Question Bank, Marks Card, Fee Details and many more. The SMS messaging feature helps the school to deliver crucial information at the press of a button. Features such as these improve the partnership towards holistic students’ progress.

  • Children can be collected from and dropped back only at pick up points fixed by the school management.
