Bringing out the best in every individual is our aim at RCIS. A team of dedicated and well-qualified staff, act as facilitators in our mission. Our study programmes are designed to promote the student’s healthy all-round development, grooming him or her to meet the challenges of tomorrow.
We follow the CBSE Syllabus combined with sophisticated and student-friendly teaching methods.
In the Pre-primary level, the school aims to be Bagless-Burdenless-Examless.
- Bagless Students will not carry their books home everyday. Twice a week, books will be sent home to enable parents to monitor their child’s progress.
- Burdenless Most assignments will be completed in the school under the guidance and supervision of teachers. However, parent’s role in laying regular study habits is welcome.
- Examless Periodic oral and written tests will be conducted to evaluate the progress of the student.
Faculty
The backbone of any educational institution is its faculty. We are proud of our team of staff members who are well qualified and backed by rich educational experience from having worked in various prestigious institutes across India. RCIS hosts various Teacher Training Workshops for teachers in collaboration with Teacher Foundation, Banjara Academy and Academy for Creative Teaching. Our senior secondary and secondary teachers are practicing examiners both at Std X and Std XII Board examinations conducted by CBSE, New Delhi. Professional training, teacher reviews and academic guidance by the Heads of Institution help to improve the standards and systems towards excellence at RCIS
